Getting Started
Add service area checking to your existing website contact form in five minutes. No new form, no developer needed.
Getting Started
Service Area WIZARD checks the postcode or zip code on your existing contact form against your service area. You keep your form, your emails and your styling. We just add the check.
It works in the UK (full and partial postcodes), the United States (zip codes) and Australia (postcodes).
How it works
- Create a free account.
- Set your service area: your business postcode / zip code and how many kilometres you cover.
- Add your website in the dashboard and choose what happens to out-of-area enquiries.
- Paste one line of code into your website (or use the WordPress plugin).
When a visitor types their postcode into your form, it's checked against your service area. Depending on the setting you choose, out-of-area enquiries are:
| Setting | What the visitor sees | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Block | A message saying you don't cover their area. The form can't be sent. | Nothing |
| Warn | A message saying you don't cover their area. They can still send the form. | The enquiry, marked "Outside service area" |
| Tag only | Nothing different | The enquiry, marked "Outside service area" |
| Redirect | They're taken to a page of your choice | Nothing |
Every enquiry can also include the distance from your business, so you can prioritise the closest jobs. See Showing the result in your emails.
If a postcode isn't recognised, or anything goes wrong on our side, the enquiry always goes through. You'll never lose a lead because of us.
